At first chicken should be marinated with Yogurt, Salt for 1 hr

Other side take 2 spoons white oil and 2 spoons butter in the karai and add garlic, ginger, onions tomatoes and all the mentioned spices...when those ingredients aur fried,then removed them on a plate and let them Cold after that take the whole ingredients into the mixture jar and make a smooth paste..

Other side take 4 spoons butter and 6 spoons oil in the karai and pour the marinated chicken, salt and fried it medium flame.

When the chicken are Little bit brown then add red chili powder and pinch of turmeric powder and 1 spoon sugar and pour the Paste and mix it continuously still the oil remove. Then give some hot water for boiling as per gravy which you like.

Then serve it on a serving bowl and garnish with a cube of butter, white cooking cream and coriander leaves.
