Marinating the chicken breast pieces in mayonnaise makes them nice and tender. Recipe by kyonmi
Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Marinate them in 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of soup stock granules, and let them sit.

Coat the chicken with flour, and fry them in oil heated to 170℃.
- 3
Season with salt and pepper, and serve them in a paper cup.
