Warm the water then I n a bowl add the yeast and sugar to the water and leave it to bloom for 5 minutes

Add a little flour then salt and mix. Add more flour to make a soft dough.

Transfer it to a lightly dusted counter top and knead the dough for about 5-8 minutes. This increases the gluten strands making the dough chewy. Add oil to the dough abd continue kneading till a soft ball is formed.

Put it in a greased bowl and let it proof for an hour.

After it has proofed, it is now ready be used as your pizza base.
