Thepla is Gujrati dish easy to make tasty

In a big bowl take wheat flour add gramflour add oil mix well collect other ingredients

Wash clean and chopped coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves. In flour mixture add all remaining ingredients add little water and knhed a soft dough.

Cover dough for 5 min. Then make small size balls like lemon apply in dry wheat flour take a rollar pad and make a thin thepla with rolling pin Now heat a griddle (tawa) spread oil transfer thepla on it and cook both sides till golden in colur pour some oil both sides

Your tasty easy thepla ready to eat Serve with tea coffe pickle sauce Enjoy. Thank you
