Wash, peel and grate bottlegourd. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, grated bottlegourd, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, grated ginger and all dry masale. Mix well.

Make a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes.

Take a portion of dough. Make a ball. Roll it. Heat a griddle and place the rolled thepla on it and roast from both sides.

Shallow fry from both sides.

Like wise make all the theplas.

Serve hot with pickles or curd.
