Winter is the season of different greens and sarson or mustard is available in abundance. It is a favourite green leafy vegetable eaten mostly in north and now, the sarson ka saag is famous all over the country. It's a nutritious vegetable rich in proteins and minerals and gives energy to the body. I have made Theplas today with the leftover Sarson ka saag and they turned out delicious. Sharing the recipe. Enjoy!
