250 gmmakki flour
2 tbspbesan
2 tbfresh malai
1small bowl of finely chopped fenugreek
1big spring onion
2green garlic
2green chilli
1 tbspcarom seed
2 tbspred chilli power
1 tbspseasame seed
1 tbspsugar
as per taste Salt

In a big bowl take makki flour n besan.sieve them.

Now add chopped onion.garlic,green chilli in it.

Then add malai,n all spices.with help of water make soft dough.

Make thin roti n cook.

Enjoy hot with curd n butter.
