Firstly in a bowl add ragi flour, semolina, curd and whisk well until fully combined. Now rest this mixture for 30 mins.

After 30 mins add salt and water to adjust consistency (flowing consistency)

Now prepare all the veggies ready - onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and tomatoes.

Now heat a non-stick tawa / pan and drizzle some oil / butter above it.

Now pour a paddle full of batter and spread it evenly on tawa. Add butter or oil from above and sides

Now add chopped veggies above this.

Cover and cook for 3-4 mins. Then flip and cook from the other side

Ragi Uttapam is done and ready to serve along with coconut chutney or any other Chutney of your choice.
