Today I thought of a new style away from my usual leaves wrapped moimoi. BAE said this my moimoi is a PHD holder because it's super yummy and specially prepared.

Today I thought of a new style away from my usual leaves wrapped moimoi. BAE said this my moimoi is a PHD holder because it's super yummy and specially prepared.

Wash your beans and take out the peels. Soak beans in water for 15mins for it to get soft.

When the beans is soaked, drain into a blender. Add your cayenne pepper, scotch bonnet, onions, ginger, and little water to ease blending and blend into a smooth paste.

Pour the blended paste into a bowl. Add salt to taste, 2 cubes of seasoning, crayfish, vegetable oil and mix properly. (If the paste is too thick, you can add little water).

Get your non sticky pot, grease the pot with vegetable oil and pour in your mixed moimoi paste. Get your washed fish and sliced eggs. Insert them into the moimoi paste in the pot.

Slice one cayenne pepper and onions and insert them into the moimoi paste. Put the pot on fire and cover to cook on low heat for 30/40mins.

When it's done, slice and serve.

You can enjoy this special moimoi with pap or garri. Your can also use it as a compliment on rice our just enjoy it like that. I had mine with garri. Bon Appètit 😋
