Easy Egg-free Bread with Pancake Mix

I wanted to eat fresh bread in the morning that used pancake mix.
After much trial and error, I finally settled with this.
If you wait about 5 minutes before placing them in the oven, they will be even fluffier.
If you bake them right away, they will be like scones!
You can make these with homemade pancake mix!
Just combine the ingredients and add whatever toppings. Recipe by Chinagon

Steps
- 1
Combine the pancake mix, yogurt, and oil.
- 2
Once it comes together, roll it around and around for about 1 minute.
- 3
After it has all packed together, divide it! First divide in half, then divide one half into quarters and leave the other half as is.
- 4
Sweet version: Spread cream cheese, then strawberry jam on half of the dough.
- 5
Roll it up and seal the seams tightly.
- 6
Cut into about 4 slices and place in aluminum cups.
- 7
Savory version: Spread out the smaller portions of bread. Press into the aluminum cups and make a shallow well in the center.
- 8
Top with mayonnaise and corn, then sprinkle on some cheese or more mayo!
- 9
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170℃ (or 10 minutes in a toaster oven!). If they seem like they are going to burn while baking, cover with aluminum foil.
- 10
These are small enough for children to eat. It only takes one bite with my big mouth.
- 11
Here's the cross-section of the corn and mayo breads! They look delicious.
- 12
With chocolate!
- 13
These are made with mayonnaise, ketchup, and cheese.
