  • 3 1/2 tablespoonsmilk (about 50 ml)
  • 2 teaspoonsshredded cheese (about 10 grams)

    First, cut the slices of bread in half.

    In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.

    Dip the bread into the mixture. Then cook for 2 minutes on each side in a skillet with a little butter.
