In a pan add in mutton, salt, black pepper, ginger/garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce and soya sauce.

Marinate for 2 hours and then add in water and let it cook on low flame till meat gets tender and water almost dries up. Add oil and stir fry for a minute.

For veggies steam them first and then put a tbsp of oil and saute with salt, black pepper and mixed herbs for few seconds and serve along.
