Ingredients

1 hour
4 servings
  1. 1/2 kgMutton
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1.5 tbspCrushed black pepper
  4. 4 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  5. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  6. 2 tbsp+1 tbspOil
  7. 1 tbspGinger/garlic paste
  8. 3 tbspVinegar
  9. Veggies of your choice(I used carrots, peas, potatoes, broccoli)
  10. Salt, pepper and mixed herbs for seasoning
  11. 1/4 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add in mutton, salt, black pepper, ginger/garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce and soya sauce.

  2. 2

    Marinate for 2 hours and then add in water and let it cook on low flame till meat gets tender and water almost dries up. Add oil and stir fry for a minute.

  3. 3

    For veggies steam them first and then put a tbsp of oil and saute with salt, black pepper and mixed herbs for few seconds and serve along.
