2small cloves garlic

Roast tomatoes, garlic and peppers over medium to high heat until its evenly browned in all sides. You can use a griddle.

Put all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. For a chunky style, use a pestle and mortar.

Cook the salsa over medium heat with some oil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt.
