Steps

Heat the ghee in a heavy based pan and add the cuminseeds

When the seeds start to splutter add Ginger garlic paste and onion and stir fry
- 3
Add the tomatoes salt coriander powder turmeric powder and red chilli powder
- 4
Continue to stir fry increase heat to high and add the mince and the peas
- 5
Stir a few times till the mince look fried
- 6
Then lower heat and saute till cooked through and ghee separate again
- 7
Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves
