Steps

Heat oil and fry meat.

Meanwhile peel arvi. In a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil and fry arvi to remove it's lace

Add red chilli, salt, turmeric and coriander powder to the meat and fry.

Crush the brown onions. Add this and yogurt to the meat.
- 5
Add arvi and some water and cook until the meat is tender.
- 6
In the end add garam masala, fresh coriander and green chillies and serve.
