Sabudana khichdi

Soak sabudana for 1 hour in water. Drain them and keep aside for 2 to 3 hours at least. I generally leave it for 5 hours.

Heat the oil in a pan add cumin seeds and curry leaves. After few seconds add potatoes and green chillies and let it cook for 5 mins until crispy and done. Sprinkle some salt on it while cooking.

Add the sabudana, peanuts, salt sugar and lemon juice and mix it well. Let it stay on medium flame for 10 mins while mixing it in intervals. Serve it hot with curd, green chutney and garlic chutney anything of your choice. It tastes the best with curd or simply plain.

Tip: you can adjust the sugar and chillies as per your taste
