Mix the wheat flour and water.Prepare soft dough and prepare chapathi.

In pan, pour sufficient oil and heat it.Add mustard, wait till it splutter and add a pinch of turmeric.

Now add finely chopped onions fry it.Add tomatos.Make a paste of ginger and garlic and add it

Now add all finely chopped vegetables-capsicum,carrot,potato,peas ans some water and close with lid for 10-15 mins so that vegetablea will be cooked well

Add garam masala,chilli powder and salt as needed and heat for 10 minutes.Garnish with curry and coriander leaves.Masala is ready
