Easy Fluffy Roll Cake in the Microwave

I wanted to try making an even easier way to make roll cake, so I came up with this after a lot of experimentation. I had many failures such as the cake not rising and having it falling apart when rolling. But, I finally got it right and uploaded it for you! Everyone loves this!
It's very important to beat the eggs real well. They should turn very white. It should get so stiff and fluffy that you can leave a mark with your fingers. Recipe by Miruki-na

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine the milk and butter in a small container and warm in the microwave to melt. Mix together.
- 2
Combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix real well with an electric mixer until thick. This should take about 5 minutes.
- 3
Add the pancake mix and mix. Mix up Step 1 well while adding to the bowl, then mix it all together.
- 4
Line a microwave safe container with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Wrap lightly with plastic wrap. It's okay if the plastic wrap slightly touches the batter.
- 5
Microwave at 600 W for 2 minutes. If it's still not done, flip the container and heat again.
- 6
Once it's done cooking, let cool while tightly wrapped.
- 7
Once cooled, fill with your favorite cream and fruits and roll it up ♪ Let chill in the refrigerator seam-side down.
- 8
If the cake doesn't rise, it could be that your microwave's wattage is too low or you over-mixed the eggs and pancake mix.

Fluffy Waffle Roll Cake Fluffy Waffle Roll Cake
Waffles in the past were not always Belgian waffles but the fluffy ones with custard in the middle.I thought about the old style waffles and came up with the idea of rolling it with heavy cream and fruit. Roll cakes are easy to make, so I recommend making this. When cooking the dough, if you take too long when closing the lid after you pour in the dough, the surface of the waffle will not cook nicely. It is important that you work quickly. Even if the dough rips, it will not be noticeable if you roll the waffle really tight. Don't give up and roll it up. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan -

I wanted to recreate a roll cake based on my mom's recipe book which was published more than 30 years ago, but the ingredient ratios were not quite the same as today. I've recently gotten into making sweets with rice four. I bought a new roll cake pan and I wanted to try.If you wrap the cake tightly with plastic wrap after baking, the surface will come off when you remove the plastic wrap, but it's prettier this way. If the surface is not moist, the cake will absorb the moisture from the cream, and the cream will be reduced when you eat it. It will look rather sad (cries). Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan
