Wash and wipe the chicken pieces and keep it ready

Grind onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves to a smooth paste

Put this in a bowl. add all the masala powders, oil,salt and turmeric powder. Mix well

Marinate the chicken legs in this paste and refrigerate for 5_6 hours

Then remove it from the fridge and leave it to the room temperature for 30 minutes

Then preheat the oven for twenty minutes. Then place the chicken pieces on the grill and cook for 25_ 30 minutes@175'. Flip and cook both the sides

In a small cup mix soy sauce, tomato sauce and bbq sauce with a spoon of oil.

After 20 minutes remove the chicken pieces and apply this sauce mixture on both the sides and grill it for the remaining 10 minutes

Turn off the oven once done

Grilled chicken is ready to be served
