Cut potatoes in cubes..

Heat oil in pan add mutton..

Fry for good 6,8 min until colour change..

Add 1 tbsp g. G paste fry for 2,3 min more..

Now add tomatoes n cover the lid for 2 min(by covering lid tomatoes soft well and it's easy in bhounfy with spices)..

Now remove the lid and mash with spoon well..

Then add salt with all spices (add little water about a tbsp it help in burning masala)

When oil separate Add 3 cup of water andc over the lid..

Cook for 1 hour..

When mutton tender add potatoes..

Then add brown onion and mix for 5,6 min well..

Serve with boil rice..
