Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  2. as neededLukewarm Water
  3. 2 tbspghee for moyan
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 1 tbspcarom seeds (ajwain)
  6. 2 tbsp Coriander seeds
  7. 2 tbspSaunf/ fennel seeds
  8. 2 tspchopped ginger
  9. 4-5green chillies
  10. 2 tspmint leaves
  11. 3 tspCoriander leaves
  12. 1/2 kgboiled potatoes
  13. 1 tbspkasuri methi
  14. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  15. 1 tspblack salt
  16. 1 tbspdry Mango powder
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  19. 1 tspCoriander powder
  20. 1 tspcumin powder
  21. 1 tspGaram masala
  22. as neededOil
  23. 1 tbspasafoetdia
  24. 1 tbspgram flour
  25. 2big red chilli

    Firstly, take all the above ingredients together, for samosa filling - take a pan out some oil, asofetidia, coarsely ground fennel seeds, corsinder seeds, cumin seeds and red chillies init then out some finely chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, roasted cumin powder, salt and some gram flour init, ffmriast it for 2 to 3 minutes then put some water boiled and mashed potatoes mix it well, put some coriander leaves then turn off the flame and keep the filling for cool.

    For the dough - take a bowl, put all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds oil, ghee and bind the dough by adding Lukewarm water, cover it and keep it for 15 to 20 minutes, then make a some dough balls and take a dough ball wrap it in all-purpose flour and roll it, take a knife 🔪, dip it in water and cut the rolled dough in two parts, apply some water on the edges and make a cone shape of it, put some filling in it n again apply some water on the edges n cover it properly n samosa Will get ready

    In the same procedure make all the samosas and fry them all in the hot oil on medium flame, our samosa is ready to serve.
