1little wine

Prepare all the ingredients.Wash and slice fish.Then pat it dry and dash with flour.Heat pan and add oil then fry the fish.After frying remove.

In same pan sautee all the ingredients then pour wine and a little water.Let it simmer then add the fish cook again and turn the fish slowly be careful not to break it
