Firstly we will wash & chop vegetables and puréed tomatoes using a smart chopper further will add the washed & cleaned mutton now pop in all spices leaves Garam masala powder & kasuri methi will add a cup of water mix everything well and cover the lid & cook in pressure cooker until 3-4 whistles

Once we uncover the lid we will sauté the gravy until the oil separates now will pop the potatoes cubes will again add a cup of water to adjust the consistency of gravy as well as cooking the potatoes. Will cover the lid & cook only until 1-2 whistles off the flame burner lastly uncover the lid and add Garam masala powder,crushed kasuri methi,coriander leaves adjust consistency of gravy as per choice it’s medium thick gravy set on stove for 3-5 minutes and it’s done.
