So I was reading through so many recipes on what I could make eggs with and as a lover o Japanese food, Tamagoyaki was something I'd like to try out. I have tried Non-sweet ones and I loved it. So I've decided that I would try a sweet recipe. Plus also a lover of cheese I had a chunk of French Brie to be used so here it is!

  1. 2eggs
  2. 2 teaspoonssugar
  3. 1 dashsalt
  4. 2 teaspooncoconut milk
  5. 3 slicesbrie or cheese
  6. 1 tablespoonRapeseed Oil

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients throughly except for the Brie.

  2. 2

    Once mixed, fix a pan on low heat and grease the pan with rapeseed oil or any other substitute oil you have

  3. 3

    Section the mixture as you fold adding the slices of Brie as you you go.
