Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 bunchsukuma wiki
  • 1large onion
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

Steps

4 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and prepare the vegetables, chop the sukuma wiki and slice the onions.

  2. 2

    In a saucepan, fry onions lightly until they start becoming translucent.

  3. 3

    Add salt and sukuma wiki and stir while alternating five seconds to simmer. Do this for around 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Garnish with tomato slices and serve.
