Grate the daikon radish, and transfer into a sieve to drain out the excess moisture!

When the tofu hamburger steaks are cooked, serve on a plate!

Put the grated daikon radish on top! It tastes more delicious with a lot of it!

Sprinkle with green onions, and done! Swirl with soy sauce, and enjoy. I recommend "Tabasco Soy Sauce", which is popular with people in the know.
