  4. 2/3 cupsugar (about 80 grams)
  5. 5 tablespoonsbutter (about 70 grams)
  6. 1 tablespoonfresh yeast (about 10 grams)

    In a bowl, pour warm milk, yeast, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Stir until completely dissolved and let it rise for 30 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and flour. Then, add the milk with yeast and sugar. Continue kneading and also add the softened butter. Work everything for 15 minutes until the dough is well combined.

    Place the donut dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in the oven with the light off for at least 3 hours. Then, take pieces of about 50 grams and form balls, making a hole in the center with a finger. Once the donuts are formed, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for another hour.

    After the time has passed, heat the oil and when it's hot, fry a maximum of 2-3 donuts at a time, letting them puff up and brown on both sides. Finally, remove the donuts from the oil, roll them in sugar, and once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
