Take the Lukewarm water

Add sugar mix well

Now add yeast and let it sit for 10 min till it’s foamy

Now add some salt to maida and add the yeast mix

Go on adding water till you get a nice soft sticky dough

Add two tsp oil and roll it well with the dough

Let it sit for 30 min to one hour till it doubles in size

Now take it on a platform take some oil and punch the dough nicely till it comes together and is not sticky

Roll it on a pizza plate into a desired thickness

Spread the sauce of your choice

I made marinara sauce by sautéing one onion and One tomato with garlic and red chilies

Grind it well and add one raw tomato purée mixed herbs salt to taste and pinch of sugar

Spread it onto the pizza base

Top it with veggies and cheese

Bake at 220 degree Celsius for 10 to 12 min
