Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan/ gram flour
  2. 1/4 cupCorn
  3. 1/4 cupBroccoli
  4. 1/4 cupGreen spring onion
  5. 1/4 cupCapsicum
  6. 1/4 cupTomato
  7. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  8. as neededRefined oil for fry
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1onion
  11. 4green chilli slices

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Make a batter with besan by mixing water

  2. 2

    Add all vegetables

  3. 3

    Add corn and salt

  4. 4

    Heat a pan and fry chilas on a slow flame

  5. 5

    Serve chilas with tomato sauce
