Griend the tender coconut to make a paste.

Seive the maida,baking powder and baking soda.mix the coconut powder& cadamompowder,keep it aside.Take a mixing bowl put butter & Sugar powder whisk it.

Mix the tender coconut paste & coconutmilk whisk it.Now mix the dry ingredients cut & fold method.Cake batter is ready.

Take a cake mould put a butter pepper greased with butter put the cake batter,than bake it on a preheated microwave at 180°c for 25 to 30 mints. The tender coconut cake is ready.
