Steep 4 strong black tea teabags in 2cups boiling water for 10mins. Squeeze and remove the teabags then leave to cool completely

In a separate pot, boil some water before adding 1/2cup tapioca pearls. Cook as instructed until your desired softness is achieved

Drain the pearls and rinse with cool water. Mix in brown sugar whilst they're still warm
- 4
Add 1cup of the black tea into each of the two glasses, add a splash of milk to each and the tapioca pearls before serving
