I found a good recipe on the internet, and changed it a little to make my own variation.
These scones are mildly sweet, so you can enjoy them with all kinds of jams and condiments. Recipe by Suzuha

Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Check the stickiness of the dough and add the milk as necessary.
- 2
When the dough has come together, roll it out to a thickness of around 1 cm. Dust the work surface and your hands with flour to prevent the dough from sticking.
- 3
Fold it over then roll it out. Do this a few times.
- 4
Cut the dough into your preferred sizes.
- 5
Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
