Add Punch to Sausages with Sesame Seeds and Dashi

When frying the wieners, I usually use black pepper, grated cheese, Krazy salt, lemon juice, yakiniku sauce, or mayonnaise, but sometimes I like to prepare Japanese-style food for my husband's bento, so this is one dish I thought up.
Notching the sausages helps the seasoning seep in.
Toasted sesame also works with this dish, but if you can, definitely try with ground sesame seeds. Recipe by Nyankochansan.
