Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2chicken breasts, cut into strips
  2. 1white onion, diced
  3. 1green bell pepper, diced
  4. 1red bell pepper, diced
  5. 1yellow bell pepper, diced
  6. 2tomatoes, diced
  7. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  8. 2 sprigscilantro, chopped
  9. 1 cupred wine
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. salt, to taste
  12. pepper, to taste
  13. as neededflour,
  14. 1/2 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with flour. In a large skillet, heat the oil, sear the chicken breasts, and set aside.
