This pizza dough recipe I learned from our Azerbaijinian neighbour in saudia.she adds curd/yogurt/dahi in dough & while kneading adds fresh milk.Dough turns out very soft
Steps

Take 250 gm flour equals around to 2 measuring cups.add sugar salt and instant yeast.

Add curd and melted butter in flour. Start crumbling flour with butter and curd

Pour lukewarm milk gradually and start kneading dough.add lukewarm water later to knead dough.water is needed in less quantity or mayb not needed at all.lastly moist palm with oil and roll dough in ball. keep dough in airtight box at some warm place to rise for 1-2 hour

After dough has risen up,punch it to release air then knead again into a round ball.dough is now ready to use.keep it covered under damp towel or in box till use.

Note:it is not neccessory that dough doubles in size everytime. Sometimes if dough has only risen a little but strong yeast smell is coming from dough, it is also ready to use.try to knead dough with palm of your hand and not like kneading regular atta for roti with both hands.it helps enhance elasticity in dough
