Adding mushrooms or king oyster mushrooms is also delicious.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gramsChicken thighs with or without bones
  2. 1 tbspGarlic oil
  3. 1 cloveFinely minced garlic
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1 mediumCarrot
  6. 400 gramsCanned tomatoes
  7. 250 mlWater
  8. 50 mlWhite wine
  9. 2 tspSoup stock cube
  10. 2 tspSugar
  11. 1Herb salt
  12. 1Black pepper
  13. 1Finely chopped parsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mince the onions and carrots. Cut the chicken into 6 pieces, season with salt and pepper, then use a tea strainer to coat with cake flour.

    Add the garlic oil to a thick frying pan, then cook the chicken with the skin side down. Once it's browned, turn it over and cook the other side, then remove.

    Add the minced garlic and vegetables to the frying pan from Step 2 and cook. Put the meat back and add white wine.

    Add the canned tomatoes, water, and soup stock to Step 3, and simmer for 30 minutes. Flavor with sugar, black pepper, and herb salt.
