Since I had a lot of kefir yogurt, I made this delicious cheesecake, which I always make with raspberries because they're my favorite 😍

In a bowl, combine all the crust ingredients. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water. Once mixed, gently press the dough evenly into a baking pan. Prick the crust with a fork and bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the yogurt and set aside until the crust is baked.

When the edges of the crust are golden brown, remove from the oven. Pour the yogurt and sweetened condensed milk mixture over the crust and top with raspberries. Return to the oven for just a couple of minutes with the oven on, then turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another 5 to 10 minutes to set.

Let cool, then refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
