Aloo paratha is popular for Indian breakfast.

Steps

Take wheat flour in bowl, add salt water and knead well. Knead into smooth soft dough.

Take boiled mashed potatoes in bowl, add green chillies, garam masala, red chilli powder, amchur powder and salt. Mix it well.

Now take small balls of dough, dust with flour, roll it and put potatoes stuffed. Cover with other rolled dough ball.

Now heat tawa put paratha, cook in low flame, flip the paratha and spread some oil on top, now press paratha edges and cook properly

Serve aloo paratha with curd, pickles.
