1/2 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcrushed coriander seeds
3,4 tbspvegetable oil
1/2 tspsalt

Cut carrots in thick jillian..

Add salt n leave for 10 min..

Remove salt water..

Now add chopped garlic,turmeric,red chilli and coriander

In the end add oil and mix well..

Make daily n enjoy with daal,curry,pulao aetc
