4Bread slices
1Egg
1 tbspfinely chopped Onions
1 tbspfinely chopped Tomato
as per tasteSalt
1/2 tspPepper powder
1/4 tspRed Chilli powder
1 tbspButter
1 tbspMozzarella cheese
1 tspMixed herbs

Take finely chopped onions and tomatoes in a bowl.

Add egg, salt, chili, and pepper.

Whisk with a wire whisker.

Heat butter in a pan.

Dip bread slices in the egg mixture and fry in butter.

Sprinkle cheese and herbs over bread toast and cook on low flame till cheese melts.

Serve immediately for better taste.
