I thought of this chocolate-free dessert for my son, who is allergic to eggs and milk.
Even though it doesn't use chocolate, it's still rich and totally delicious.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 400 mlSoy milk
  2. 2 tbspNon-sugar cocoa powder
  3. 5 tbspSugar
  4. 5 gramsPowdered gelatin

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the gelatin in 50ml water.

  2. 2

    Heat 50ml soy milk in a saucepan, and just before it comes to a boil, add the cocoa powder and mix well with a whisk.

    Top up the mixture with another 150ml of soy milk, and turn off the heat just before it reaches a boil. Add the sugar and gelatin and mix it all together well.

    Mix in the last 200ml soy milk, and pour the mixture into ramekins.

  5. 5

    Once the residual heat has dissipated, chill in the fridge, and once they've cooled and hardened, they're done.
