Measure 2 cups of flour to a bowl, add in the margarine/ butter, the flavour and baking powder, then begin to mix the ingredients till it becomes crummy.

Add in the cold water, mix as it begins to form a dough. Mix till it becomes stretchy and non-sticky to the bowl.

Place on a plain floured surface and begin to roll flat. Mold to a ball shape and roll flat.

If you have a mold or you can get any, place the flaten dough on the mold, add in the quantity of filling required (one soup spoon is enough). Rub egg wash round the edge of the dough, close the mold up with your hand pressing on it.remove the excess, and bring out the pie. Place on a greese oven tray, egg wash the surface using brush (your finger can do that too) and bake.

If you don't have a mold or can't get any, no worry. Find a kitchen tool that's circular in shape. Your can use your kettle cover or smallest pot cover. After you must have flattened the dough, using the kettle or pot cover cut out a round circular shape, add in the Filling at the center of the dough, rub egg wash round the egg of the dough. Using your hand from one end close up the dough. with a fork press in the edge to lock up. If the fork becomes stick apply some flour on it.

Place on the grease oven tray and bake
