Papad Ka Paratha

For the papad stuffing, dry roast 4 papad, and roughly crush it into small pieces, in a mixing bowl, add the the crushed papad, chopped onions, capsicum.

Then add roasted cumin powder, roasted fennel powder, red chilli powder, chilli pickle or any pickle along with its masala, very little salt as pickle already contains salt. Mix everything well and keep it aside.

For the dough, in a mixing bowl take whole wheat flour, add some carrom seeds, little salt, oil, and knead it well by adding little water at a time, make balls of equal size from the dough, put the stuffing of masala papad inside it, roll it into a paratha, heat a tawa, place the paratha, cook it on a medium flame from from both the sides by applying oil/ghee until they are crisp and golden brown in colour.
