In a food processor chop the onion, tomato, cucumber, chillies and coriander.

Fry the khichiya papad and roasts the urad papad. Break into small pieces
- 3
Add the salt, chilli powder and chat masala to the onion mixture. Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix well. Just before serving add the papad and mix well. Enjoy!
