Kadai paneer
Steps

Take 200 gms paneer and add salt to taste.

Add 1/4th tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp of Oil and add the marinated paneer to shallow fry.

Also fry 1 medium chunks of capsicum and onion.

Now heat 1 tbsp of oil and add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 5-6 black pepper,2 cloves,2 green cardamoms,2 green chillies,chopped onion, chopped tomato and salt to taste.mix well

Cool the mix and blend into a puree. strain to get a smooth puree and discard roughage.

Now heat 2 tbsp oil and add a bayleaf and red chilli.

Add 1 tsp red chilli powder and immediately add puree

Add 1 tsp coriander powder and salt.mix well.

Cover lid until oil separates.

Add fried paneer, capsicum and onion.

Also add 2 tbsp Fenugreek leaves and 1 tsp garam masala.
