Kadhai Paneer my style

Paneer made my way in kadhai...
At my place everybody likes the combination of Paneer with all the three coloured bell peppers and onion pieces. Little gravy and the sabji tastes superb. Also we all know that paneer is high in protein. Bell peppers rich in fiber and has good amount of Vitamin C and water.

Steps

In a mixing bowl take paneer cubes, chopped three coloured bell peppers and chopped onions. Add curd, lemon juice, salt and turmeric powder to it.

Mix everything properly and let the mixture marinate for 10-15 minutes.

In a kadhai take and heat it. Add ghee to it and when it heats up add the contents of the mixing bowl to the kadhai. Cook the contents for 10 minutes and the add the ready ghee roast curry to it.

Add about 3 tbsp of water and let the contents cook for 5-7 minutes. The yummy kadhai paneer is ready to serve. Serve them with rice or paratha.
