Sweet and Tangy Red Snapper

Usually, I make fried fish but this time my family asked me to make it something different. Oranges and tomatoes were in the fridge. So I thought to make it something sweet and tangy. This creation is a great addition of my Cookpad kitchen.

Usually, I make fried fish but this time my family asked me to make it something different. Oranges and tomatoes were in the fridge. So I thought to make it something sweet and tangy. This creation is a great addition of my Cookpad kitchen.

Wash the fish properly. Dried it up with kitchen towel or leave it for a while. Sprinkle garlic powder, crushed pepper, salt, oregano and black pepper. Drizzle the oil and rub it with hand. Add corn flour and rub it again. Keep aside for 10-15 mins

Take Tomatoes and boil it. Take it out skin and blend it well. Put it on stove and add tomato ketchup, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, red chili powder and squeeze lemon juice to add some sourness. Boil it and keep aside

Cut all vegetables. Take a pan and pour oil, make it hot and add onion and capsicum. Add chilies, carrots and apples too.

Add oranges and fry on high flame. Take it in plate.

In the same pan pour sauce, and add fish. Give a boil and start adding vegetables and fruits. Keep it cook for 1-2 mins on high flame.

Take it out in serving dish. Serve with fried rice and enjoy😄
