Veg Cheese Toast
Steps

Mix the chopped capsicum, boiled corn, onion, and tomatoes in a bowl. Add salt, pepper & mixed herb. Mix well and keep aside.

Lightly butter the bread slices and spread the prepared veggie mix generously all over it. Top it up with shredded cheese and sprinkle fresh red chili over it.

Heat the skillet/tawa on medium low heat. Then place the prepared toast over it. Cover and let it cook on low heat, until the cheese melts.

Transfer to a plate, cut into diagonals, serve immediately with ketchup.
