Cooking Instructions

To make the cauliflower and potato curry, first heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and ginger, and let them cook for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, add potatoes, cauliflower, and bell pepper, and fry until lightly golden brown.

Now add onion, tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder, and mix well.

Cover the kadhai and let the curry cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once cooked, turn off the heat and garnish with cilantro.

Serve the cauliflower and potato curry with boondi raita, tawa paratha, and rice for lunch.
