Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  • 1/2cabbage chopped
  • 2Potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1" ginger
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Steam the chopped cabbage

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

  3. 3

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add ginger tomato and cumin powder saute well

  5. 5

    Add cabbage and saute adding red chilli Powder

  6. 6

    Cover it for 10 mimutes to be soft

  7. 7

    Add sugar and garam masala powder
